Mom finally took that shirt off me for good. I have licked the incision a little, but not enough to make it red. Mom says I am a good boy and the shirt will stay off. You know what though?? It is cold outside without the shirt on. My fur will grow. Oh I also heard Mom tell Dad that in the spring she will take me to the groomer so I can get my fur evened out. She always takes such good care of me.

I had no idea you were a basketball fan, Ted. I had you pegged more as a football kind of guy, or maybe hockey.
Dakota still has his shirt on. He hasn’t been so good. Yesterday he did a lot of licking when I tried to leave the shirt off. I could hear him. Every time I noticed, I glared at him and he would stop and look away. He knows he’s doing something wrong, but he isn’t sure what the big deal is. But he is also an anxious licker in general. He even licks the carpet when he’s nervous. Ted, please don’t ever tell anyone I told you that or I will be in deep with Dakota. I will deny it, too.

I am a hockey fan too, Go Rangers!!! It took 3 weeks and 3 days before the shirt came off for good. Mom let me lick some, but that is all I needed. I am trying to get the little scabs off. Mom laid with me on the floor and helped a bit with those scabs.
OH boy, last night I slept upstairs and it was great. We were all together again. I came down the stairs like a champ, nice and slow.
